Vegetable Broth For Getting "Un-Sick" Quick

Hey everyone! I just made up the word un-sick, but I don't really care.

This has been helping me the past couple of days with getting my immune system back up to speed. I am around a lot of different people everyday, and also a lot of different high school athletes that I coach, who are all exposed to different people and things.

I am feeling so much better after having implementing this broth into my food for the past couple of days. I have just been drinking it, and had my first bowl of soup of it today, since it can double for that.

Here are some of the benefits that it has:

"Healing Broth is a powerful mineral-rich liquid that carries the essence of vitally nutritious vegetables, herbs, and spices in a way that is easy for the body to digest, assimilate, and utilize. You will find this recipe as comforting as it is nourishing. The ingredients of this simple recipe help to provide tremendous healing benefits to both the body and soul."

For you health nerdies (I am one),

I have included the exact reasons why it is beneficial here below.

"Carrots help to lower blood pressure, reduce edema, relax muscles, steady nerves, and balance cognitive function. Onions and garlic have powerful antiviral and antibiotic properties and can help eliminate heavy metals and parasites from the body.

Parsley and shiitake mushrooms contain an excellent bioavailable form of iron which helps to keep your blood strong and prevent anemia and are also rich in zinc which is highly beneficial for treating viral issues and strengthening the immune system. Ginger and turmeric root help reduce inflammation and improve liver function. They also aid in keeping your hair growing strong and supporting your skin to be healthy and vibrant."

This is adapted from medicalmedium.com.

If you know his background, I don't care about how he gets his information, I look for it's usefulness, and I have found it useful time and time again, and honestly so far ahead of most other things I look at or hear about, he is a trusted source for me.

I'll go ahead and include the recipe here! I have been sipping on it, and it has made me feel so much better and almost acted as an anti-inflammatory and fever-suppresant naturally! I love it!

It also tastes really good, and makes a lot! I put a mason jar of it in the freezer for use if I ever catch a sickness again!
