The secret to a more active body and life is easier than you think

Today I went for a hike in Fort Collins, Colorado. I LOVED it! Here's what I learned.


I learned that being outside can do so much to refresh your personality (being able to be how you want to be to everyone)

It can help your soul

It can help your body

It can help your spice of life category and give you fun memories.



Being outside for 20 minutes a day alone, can decrease your blood pressure, and decrease your stress, significantly. Both of those are huge, and stress was ranked top 5 risk factor for catching COVID-19, according to the CDC.



Things that just make sense to heal our body and minds, sometimes are the things we really need.


If you are reading this, and this inspires you, GET OUTSIDE! Just do it.

Even a little bit can help you in heal, be happier, and less stressful. Our world is beautiful. Especially Colorado... We are spoiled here.
