Secrets to Fix Low, Crashing Energy Throughout the Day

This is something I wish I knew back a couple years ago. I now rarely have days where I am low energy, and when it may happen, it is usually due to eating a huge and usually unhealthy meal. Ex. Lunch party, traditional American breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast, juice, and some sweet dishes too). I don't usually cook that way, but get invited to meals that include that.


Please give me fruit instead!!! Haha.

Anyways, the point is, when I do this and I am not eating and sleeping like crap, this give me clean, full, and lasting energy all day. Do it for the first couple hours when you wake up with specific amounts, and have it be the first thing that you do, and get ready for a blast off on your own clean fuel.
