I have been practicing my Spanish recently, on an app, and in ordering some muy bueno street tacos. Very fun!
What else is fun?
New ways to level up the push-up variation if you have been doing the knee off-ground push-up for a while, or if you find yourself stagnant performing a certain number of repetitions. The best thing is, these can be implemented during any workout, any time: If you are in one my programs, you can add your favorite variation in when we are doing push-ups.
