I have people ask me all the time:
I have a hurt back from sitting for x years,
I work from home and I feel my hips hurting at the end of the day, even though I don't do much..
I am active, and I have been for years. I am not sure why I am still in pain in my back/hips/knees, even neck!!
These sound all too familiar to me, and I see too many people struggle with this.
