How to use the sauna for your best health during the holidays

When using a traditional sauna, or an infrared sauna, the use of intense heat on the body in short durations works wonders for the skin, hair, and increasing your lifespan. Yes, these are proven and shown in many countries around the world, especially that use the sauna many times throughout the week.

When wanting to use the sauna to help with your appearance looking healthier, and improving your immune system, I follow the protocol of heat strengthening.


Heat strengthening entails going in the sauna, (I use dry heat traditional) for 20 minutes, anywhere from 3-5x per week. This gives you the optimal dose for improving your health, appearance, and getting toxins out of your body via sweat. I think it is really cool how that works!!

I go 3x/week with my schedule and doing what I like!
