Discover 3 new ways to lose weight over 50!

I get asked all the time, what sorts of foods should I be eating whenever I approach 50, or am over 50 to lose weight. (In this case I think we all know we're talking about fat/excess weight. Not muscle.) 🍇🥩🥦



I always like to first find out what the people who ask me are already eating, and I actually have my clients, and would have you send me a food diary of what you already eat, that way we can build on success with what you already are eating!



Then most of the time I find out that people eating the traditional western diet are usually not getting in the key factors that are helping their hormonal, muscle, and aging health into check, that it is all getting out of whack, from what they've been doing/eating for years!



This usually gets turned around pretty quick though, within making optimal changes to what you already eat, and can have your excess weight and fat falling off fast, barring that was the thing that was the main bottleneck on years of fighting actual, sustained weight loss. 📈


It's hard to see people struggle with this for years, and not know what exactly to eat, so I decided to make a short summary of the answer I give them, and what I have helped others change to get them to lose that hard to fight weight when they are above 50.



This is especially focused on the around 50 age, since I think a lot of people struggle with the realization their body isn't working like it used to, and women deal with a lot of other hormonal changes during this time, too!
