Amazing micronutrient -rich smoothie to try now!

I absolutely love starting my day off with a smoothie. That is, simple, easy, and very healthy.

What do I mean by very healthy? I mean chalk-full of phyto (plant) nutrients, and fruits that will give me energy to last all day.


I usually drink something like this later in the morning, around 10 or 11:00am. This for me and my current schedule, is my first food intake, and usually around 5 hours after I wake up!
