6 push-up variations to get you to perform a knee off ground push-up

Have you ever wanted to perform a knee off ground push-up, otherwise known as a "full" push-up? Has this been something that you have been working towards, but haven't seemed to achieve?


Here are some of the best modalities I've found in use of getting people to perform a knee off ground push-up, that has worked time and time again! Find one that is do-able, but is challenging to you at the same time. Stick with this variation for ~ 1 month with consistent practice (use this variation if you are in any of my 3 online programs), and then once it gets less challenging, move to the next one! That's called measurable results. The (first 4) modifications to the push-up are listed in order of progression.
